When materials containing asbestos are disturbed by something as simple as sanding or drilling, fibers are released into the air. Inhaling those fibers can cause serious diseases like asbestosis, lung cancer, and mesothelioma. Though it may take years, the risk of developing one of these life-threatening diseases increases with the amount of exposure and by smoking tobacco products.

How much is a test?
$270 for 2 samples. $30 per sample after that.
If it does have asbestos how much does it cost to remediate?
Asbestos removal costs between $5 and $20 per square foot for interior work and $50 to $150 per square foot for exterior work. The cost depends on location of the asbestos and how easy it is to remove.
How quick will you send results?
We strive to provide results within 24 hours.
If it has asbestos, can you remove it too?
No, the same company testing and remediating asbestos is a conflict of interest. You should be careful of anyone who says they do both. We have great remediation company recommendations, visit our Partners page.
